Course Overview

This e-learning course fulfils the required training for Resuscitation Level 1 under the UK Core Skills Training Framework.

By the end of the session, you will be able to:

• Recognise when someone is having a cardiac arrest.
• Know how to get immediate help.
• Understand and perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), including chest compressions and rescue breaths.
• Explain what to do if an adult is choking.
