Course Overview

This e-learning programme promotes a shared approach to frailty care by strengthening clinical skills and competencies across the workforce. Using the 5 Ms of gerontology—Mind, Mobility, Medications, Multi-complexity, and Matters Most—it provides a simple framework to help health and social care staff deliver holistic, person-centred support and improved outcomes for individuals living with frailty in any setting.
