Course Overview

This eLearning for Healthcare course introduces learners to the Community Nursing Safer Staffing Tool (CNSST) and shows how to use it in real community nursing settings. The course helps staff understand how the tool supports safe and effective staffing by guiding workforce decisions based on patient need and service demand. It is designed to build confidence in applying the tool in day‑to‑day practice and supports community teams in planning, reviewing and improving staffing levels.
