Course Overview

This course will give you the required knowledge to navigate around the session notes screen, access, record, save and edit session notes for a client in the Trust’s Electronic Patient Record (EPR). Successful completion of this course will not enable you to be granted access to the relevant EPR. You must complete the appropriate training for your job role in order for access to be granted.
