Course Overview

This course will give you the required knowledge to correctly use the appointment scratchpad to move and reschedule both Community and Clinic Appointments from an HCPs diary.

Learning Objectives

• Reschedule an appointment in the HCP Diary on the same day using the scratchpad
• Reschedule an appointment in the HCP Diary using the scratchpad to a date in the future

Target Audience

All staff in West London using RiO who are responsible for appointment management whether community or clinic.
